This website is run by JCW Solutions, a trading name of JCW Digital Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17532846. Registered office: 6 Cornwallis Grove, London N9 0JS. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
No cookies, analytics or trackers
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third parties.
Hosting
Like any website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages, provided by GitHub, Inc.) receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit, in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure. It processes this under its own terms and keeps server logs for a limited period.
If you email us
If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to reply and, if relevant, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing josh@jcw.solutions. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
