I'm Josh Williams. I founded JCW Solutions to help organisations that need change to land properly.

I'm a Business Technical Analyst with experience in large-scale global technology delivery: from understanding how work happens today, through clear and testable requirements, to release planning, test environments and go-live readiness. Client information stays with the client, and is never used in my own products or shared with anyone else.
